Journey Into Motherhood - Caring, Coping and Cracking Up! Come and find your way through this transition with practical guidance, strategies, and laughter. Not a birth class, this focuses on the emotional aspects of becoming a parent and provides specific information on coping, adjusting, and creating a new perspective. We will address the differences between expectations and reality, how being a parent really may feel for you, and how to remember your own sense of self as you add the role of “mother” to your many facets.
